Amogh Tech Ltd. ("Amogh Tech," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites and apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We try to collect as little as possible. Depending on the product, we may collect:

• Usage and device information — such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and anonymous diagnostic logs (e.g. crash reports).
• Purchase information — processed by Apple or Google when you buy a paid app or in-app purchase. We never see your full payment details.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve our apps and services;
• Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs;
• Respond to your support requests and other communications;
• Comply with applicable laws and protect against misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our apps (for example, hosting providers and crash reporting services), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that work. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Amogh Tech, our users, or others.

4. Third-party services

Our apps may include third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play, and crash-reporting tools. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Canada's PIPEDA, including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

9. International transfers

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you within our apps or by email.
