These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, apps, and services provided by Amogh Tech Ltd. ("Amogh Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our products, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using our apps or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country) to use our apps. By using our products, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. All other rights are reserved.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding any credentials. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us the rights necessary to operate and improve the service.

Payments for paid apps, in-app purchases, and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective terms. Refunds are governed by those platforms' policies.
Our apps, websites, branding, and all related materials are owned by Amogh Tech or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Our apps may link to or interoperate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amogh Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $50, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may stop using our products at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within our apps or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia for any dispute arising from these Terms.
